Problem with full install from usb

hi, im trying to install the full version from a usb. the install goes smoothly until the very end when i get a error message 127.
i dont see a way to attach the error text file but here are the last few lines of it

But the information you provided here is plenty to see the problem. (This script uses Python 2 but Endless OS no longer includes Python 2.) I’ll write a fix for the next release. Thank you!

In fact, enough of the installation process may have completed for you to boot the system into Endless OS – did you try removing the USB stick and booting the system?

thanks i did have that idea too. and yes it had installed just fine. but
one thing i have noticed was there doesn’t seem to be any way to add
additional programs. i read that we are using something new to me called
flatpaks… is there any way i can install maybe handbrake or kodi or even
gparted???
