Problems with Bootable USB

I have a bootable USB (GPT , UEFI -non csm) with Windows 10 for installing it on my new Asus FX553V. I enter in bios , i disable secure boot ,csm support and fast boot.After restarting the laptop i open the boot menu and when i select my usb nothing is happen.
