What kind of CAD application you are looking for? There are various ones available for mechanical and electrical engineering in the App Center.
From what i saw on their homepage, it’s a Windows only application. So your best bet would to use “Bottles” to run the Windows application. Bottles as a environment for running Windows applications on Linux and is available in the App Center.
