Screenreader software

Hi does Endless OS have any screen reader capability? I would like to be able to have it read a selected web page to me or hilight text in a pdf for it to speak. Is this possible?

OK I’ve found the screen reader in universal access. is there any way to improve the voice? it’s dreadful
