Hey, installed the telegram app today.
It is workin’ fine but I have a problem with sending file attachments:
I can not find access to the files saved in my home directory…
Receiving data is no problem. But I can not save videos in my video directory for example because I have not the chance to choose it.
Is there somebody out who can help me?
Now, everything is ok.
I uninstalled the app in the app-center and installed the 64 bit version from the telegram-homepage.
There might be a problem with the app-center telegram?

The telegram app is provided by flathub. I’ve had a look at the specification and it seems that the app doesn’t have permissions granted to write to the filesystem. I will write a patch and propose it upstream and that should be integrated soon. Apologies.
