I’m happy to help out, but I’d like to better understand what you’re trying to do. According to your log file (thank you for attaching it!), it looks like you have a 128 GB drive with about 80 GB of free space. Are you looking for ways to free up more space?

Exactly! Especially after each endless os update, a guide of how to free space would help a lot!
Perhaps endless os community could write an official guide similar to that for Microsoft Windows

Just to be sure you know:
Updates add new software to your system, which costs disk space, but they also remove data that’s not needed anymore.
So your disk isn’t filled up just by doing updates

I attach you a recent screenshot from disk usage analyzer. I think that ostree deployment 34.2 GB is too much.
Is something that could be done?

Those are your apps, not the OS itself: note /var/lib/flatpak in the path.
You can uninstall some large apps you don’t use.
