It looks like you have conflicting configurations for Flathub that are probably causing this. Try this to delete them both and start fresh:

flatpak remote-delete flathub
sudo rm /etc/flatpak/remotes.d/flathub.conf
flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo

@mehdi53 Follow @mhall119’s advice. However, let’s just make sure that flatpak is setup the way it’s supposed to be. Can you show the output of the following commands?

ls -l /var/lib/flatpak/repo
cat /var/lib/flatpak/repo/config
