Hi, I have contacted with Endless support several time, regarding stripes on my laptop screen ( Asus X541U preinstalled with Eos) its not a hardware issue. The OS system updates failes all the time. I followed several commands and sent diagnostic. What else can i do to solve the issue?

Something that would help us a lot to understand the problem would be this:
- Open the application called ‘Terminal’
- In this application run the command:
eos-diagnostics
- The above command will create a file with the information of your system (example: eos-diagnostic-160614_111731_UTC + 0100.txt); Send us this file so we can analyze and see a possible solution
@KrisztinaK I’m sorry we haven’t been able to fix this for you yet.
In our last message we asked you to try running sudo eos-update-flatpak-repos to attempt to fix your updating problem first, have you tried that step and re-running the updates?
