Suggestion:
Set a en_US.UTF-8 locale when running eos-diagnostics. For a diagnostic report, it would probably better to just have plain english messages inside instead of localized ones.
Just want to point out there still might be some language/locale specific problem.
But I think what we can do as a temporary solution to get the logs in English, will be fallback to POSIX locale:
$ LC_ALL=C eos-diagnostics
