SVN Support in EndlessOS

hmm, is a container for svn access not a bit too much overhead?

I am also puzzled by the following:
according to this tutorial git should provide a subcommand svn. In EndlessOS git svn complains something like command svn not found.

Especially for software development, containers are generally the answer in many cases these days - I don’t regard them as having much overhead, personally.

In Debian (Endless’s base), the git-svn bits are shipped separately from the main git binary and we do not ship the svn part.
