Olá pessoal. Há alguns dias usei meu notebook normalmente, coloquei ele em modo suspender e o guardei. Hoje precisei usar, pluguei a fonte para carregar a bateria, ele ligou e quando fui digitar minha senha o teclado numérico não funcionava. O touchpad funciona, liguei o numlock mas nada. Apenas a tecla Power funciona.
Já reiniciei apertando F2, já dei FN + F7, Shift+Alt e nada. Só consigo logar quando habilito teclado virtual e digito a senha por ele, mas fica impossível usar dessa maneira. Pluguei um teclado de Desktop e funciona.
Será que houve alguma atualização da Bios que acarretou nisso? Alguém pode me ajudar?

Algo que nos ajudaria bastante a entender o problema seria o seguinte:
- Abra o aplicativo chamado ‘Terminal’
- Neste aplicativo execute o comando:
eos-diagnostics
- O comando acima irá criar um arquivo com as informações do seu sistema (exemplo: eos-diagnostic-160614_111731_UTC+0100.txt); Nos envie esse arquivo para que possamos analisar e ver uma possível solução

From what i see in the logs, the keyboard is configured properly in the system, so there must be another issue.
First of all, can you please post the output of the following command:
xinput list
Secondly, can you please try if the Keyboard works in the BIOS? (Press F2 when powering on your device to enter)
Have you tested if it works in the BIOS? The AT Translated Set 2 Keyboard is your internal Keyboard, so it’s detected and configured.
If it works in the BIOS —> System issue (further analysis)
If it does not work in the BIOS —> Hardware malfunction
Yes, I tested in the BIOS and it does not work. I think it’s a hardware problem. I watched a lot of videos on youtube with this issue in Acer laptops.
