Tidak bisa booting ke Endless OS

Tolong bantuannya
Setelah saya download Endless OS dan saya install setelah itu saya restart laptop saya tetapi tidak bisa booting ke endless os, tampilan hanya simbol _
mohon bantuannya, saya memakai laptop axioo mybook14
dan spesifikasi laptop saya seperti di gambar
untuk file log nya iniEndlessInstaller20171202_20_35_39.log (2.0 MB)

@wjt Will, can you help him? The problem is he can’t boot into Endless (stuck on picture above) after choose Endless on Windows boot loader, also Endless plymouth not shown. Installer log already attached above.

@angpao1603 (Sorry I don’t speak Indonesian!) Please can you try this:

  • Turn off your computer
  • Turn on your computer
  • At the Windows boot menu, hold down the Shift key when you select Endless OS; keep holding down Shift until you get to the GRUB boot menu
  • At the GRUB boot menu, press e to edit the Endless OS menu entry
  • Use the arrow keys to select the line that starts linux, then use the arrow keys and Delete key to remove the words quiet and splash from the command. (These words will appear in English. Be careful to remove only those words, not any of the surrounding text!)
  • Press F10 to attempt to start Endless OS, and take photographs of any error messages you see.
