When you hover your mouse over an object in the application (in my example, the Libre Office “buttons”), a tooltip appears. Please, tell me how to increase the response time (tooltip appearance) in GNOME when hovering the cursor. I haven’t found such a setting in the application.
I very often see (in Libre Office) a tooltip appear after pressing the “button”, when mouse pointer is no longer on the object (the “button”).

Unfortunately, this functionality has been removed some time ago in upstream GTK …
