Maybe you just turned touchpad off.
I had the same problem,
Don’t know how I done it with use of keyboard only.
Solution: Go to Settings -> Devices -> Mouse & Touchpad -> Touchpad
There is swich to turn On/Off. Put it On.

You can’t update these apps because they have been moved from eos-apps (the Endless-specific app repository) to Flathub (a more general app repository). If you update to the latest version of Endless OS, the apps’ settings should be tweaked so they update from Flathub instead.

Interesting, I see that you have Endless OS 3.5.4 but somehow the stage of the upgrade process which updates these apps’ settings to update from Flathub has been skipped. Please open a Terminal window and run the following command:
sudo rm /var/.updated
Then reboot your computer. The next startup may take a few minutes. Once the computer has started, get yet another new debug log and post it here, then go to the app center and try to update your apps. Thanks for your patience!

Please try updating to Endless OS 3.5.5. After you upgrade and reboot, it may take around 5 minutes to boot the first time; after that, updating these apps should work (and subsequent reboots will not take so long!).
