Transmission não baixa torrent

Instalei o transmission, mas não consigo baixar nenhum arquivo torrent.
Poderiam me ajudar por favor
Simplesmente não carrega nada.

Thanks for contacting us, first of all, apologies for answering in a different language but we only support English and Spanish.

Please, record a video of your screen when you try to download torrent files, by pressing click ctrl+alt+shift+r at the beginning and the end of the recording. This file will be save on Documents→Videos.

This will help us to understand what process are you following and what error message you receive.

Also, please share a diagnostic with us, How do I make a debug log of Endless OS?

Algo que nos ajudaria bastante a entender o problema seria o seguinte:

  1. Abra o aplicativo chamado ‘Terminal’
  2. Neste aplicativo execute o comando:

eos-diagnostics

  1. O comando acima irá criar um arquivo com as informações do seu sistema (exemplo: eos-diagnostic-160614_111731_UTC+0100.txt); Nos envie esse arquivo para que possamos analisar e ver uma possível solução
