Ubuntu-Endless Hybrid (EndlessUbuntu OS)

maybe you can do an always for free OS with the aesthetics of Endless,
and the gaming capabilitys of windows.
So you can do something like thats conceptually a mixture of
ubuntu and endless and wine, which is used to make most
windows games running, it will be like already integrated in the
endlessubuntu, as an app or something… and in 20 years maybe,
microsoft and its methods are completely out-runned with that xD,
dont know…

i know nothing about programing and coding and all that.
but i already love how endless seems to be written in its code.
thats something very aesthetic and i love the people who work on
it, to provide that kind of standard to everybody.

would that be even possible?
as i know literally nothing about that.
maybe its also a bit cheesy, that im so much into games,
but i love playing on pc with mouse and keyboard…

@Dreamdance
Flatpak in a whole new LEVEL!

As Leandro shows in his link to a previous topic, the best way to accomplish your goal is to make Flatpaks of those Windows games that either bundle Wine or use a shared Wine runtime. And while that’s not one of Endless’s own goals, there are people working on it and we will benefit from that work.
