Hello. I’m trying to format a computer running Ubuntu. I tried installing Endless from a USB drive, but I’m getting an error. What can I do? I’ve attached a system report.

eos-diagnostics-250428_205343_UTC+0000.txt (520,5 KB)
From the log, notice the message:
gnome-image-ins[3911]: gis_finished_page_shown: udisks-error-quark 0 GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.UDisks2.Error.Failed: Error opening device /dev/sda: Device or resource busy
The target disk /dev/sda is busy.
And, if scroll up the log a little bit, notice /dev/sda2 is mounted:
abr 28 20:51:02 endless kernel: EXT4-fs (sda2): mounted filesystem 7944627f-f9f2-41e6-9a05-7b82ad4bd6b8 r/w with ordered data mode. Quota mode: none.
abr 28 20:51:02 endless udisksd[640]: Mounted /dev/sda2 at /media/live/7944627f-f9f2-41e6-9a05-7b82ad4bd6b8 on behalf of uid 1000
I think that is why /dev/sda becomes busy.
So, please unmount /dev/sda2 first. Then, install Endless OS again.
