Unmounting failed

I own a notebook with Endless on it (Asus,L502N) I have had some trouble with it so I decided to format the Hard drive. Three out of four partitions I formated, but on the third partition this showed up:

Something that would help us a lot to understand the problem would be this:

  1. Open the application called ‘Terminal’
  2. In this application run the command:

eos-diagnostics

  1. The above command will create a file with the information of your system (example: eos-diagnostic-160614_111731_UTC + 0100.txt); Send us this file so we can analyze and see a possible solution

This showed up:

@Ashley666 You can’t format your Endless hard drive while Endless is using it. You would need to boot from the installation media for whatever OS you want to install and use THAT install program to reformat your hard drive.

For example, if you want to install Windows, boot from the Windows installation media (DVD or flash drive) and when prompted, erase the contents of your computer’s drive.
