Updade Firefox 60.0 ESR

@LeandroStanger Once we update Firefox to 60+, there will be no way to run Java in any supported browser on Endless. I understand that Mozilla will continue to support 52 ESR until September, so we will have to decide whether to hold onto 52 ESR for Java support for a few more months or to upgrade to version 60 now. I’ll let you know what our product team decides.

When will Firefox be updated to latest version? Firefox 52 has reached EOL since September 5th.
