I still can’t update my os.
Update fail. Use Endless OS 3.3.19
- Open the application called ‘Terminal’
- In this application run the command:
sudo grub-editenv - create
- Restart your computer and try to update again
I ran the command but nothing happened.
After reboot nothing happened too.
You have a Flatpak package installed from the gnome remote, but you don’t have the gnome remote configured. I think this is a bug in an OS script which switches various packages from the gnome remote to flathub.

2.) Open another Terminal and enter eos-updater-ctl update

Please try:
sudo bash
systemctl stop eos-updater
ostree admin set-origin eos https://ostree.endlessm.com/ostree/eos-amd64 os/eos/amd64/eos3a
systemctl start eos-updater
eos-updater-ctl update
This should ensure that your system looks at the correct location for updates and will push you to the current version - 3.5.9 at the moment, 3.6.0 soon.

I know you ran this before, but without knowing what the output was, it’s not really possible to help further. On this thread it did the trick for someone with (what seemed to be) exactly the same problem with the missing gnome remote.
