Update failed message when trying to update my 3.2.5 system

I tried installing chrome as my browser but it will not let me do it in the app store as it does not even show me the icon to download it. I tried clicking on the desktop icon and that resulted in a blank page. When running terminal i got this eos-diagnostic-190713_191842_UTC 0300.txt (424.7 KB)

  1. Open the application called ‘Terminal’
  2. In this application run the command:
rm -f eos-fix-ostree-repo
wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/endlessm/eos-meta/master/eos-tech-support/eos-fix-ostree-repo
chmod +x eos-fix-ostree-repo
sudo ./eos-fix-ostree-repo && flatpak update -y
