Someone wrote to me that Endless OS has a feature allowing users to view source for an app. Is this correct? If so, where is it documented and where is the source code for it, please? Thank you. 
View Source feature
You may be thinking of the “Flip to Hack” feature, specifically the incarnation of it where you could flip an application window over and launch an IDE with the app’s source code. Unfortunately that is no longer part of Endless OS.
However many applications available from Flathub via the app centre are open-source. You can install the GNOME Builder IDE to build, run & modify many such apps.
