Web link to kernel packets

Hello,
My question is quite special: I try to install a linux (not necessarily endless OS) on a laptop with only raid mode, so I would like to retrieve the deb packet of Endless OS kernel in order to inject it in others distro. For now I compile the Endless OS kernel and inject it, it works but I would avoid to recompile often the endless OS kernel. But I have some difficulties to understand ostree and to understand where are the packets.
Can you explain me how to download this deb packet?
