When will Debian bookworm be used as base for EndlessOS?

We are planning to do this but don’t have an ETA at present.

We have branched Endless OS 5.1 and started work on Endless OS 5.2 which will be Bookworm-based. master OS branch builds are currently broken as a result but when they are working again in the next 1–2 weeks, they will be based on Bookworm.
