At first, please update your BIOS to the latest one available, yours is rather old. Often a newer BIOS solves many issues with devices no longer available after standby. If not:
- Make a new Debug Log after you have woken up your device from sleep

Can you please do the following:
- Open a Terminal and type:
export PM_DEBUG=true
journalctl -f 2>&1 | tee ~/power.log
- Put your computer to sleep while the Terminal is still open
- Resume your computer from sleep after about one minute
- Press Ctrl-C in the Terminal to terminate the command
- Upload the file
power.logwhich now resides in your home directory

… which essentially means that the driver is crashing after the system has been woken up. After doing a little google research, it seems that many others have the same problem too and the driver is of poor quality in general.
What others have done to get rid of their issue:
- Switched from UEFI to Legcy Boot in the BIOS, this seemed to help in many cases
- Switched entirely to another Wireless Card (Intel works flawless and cost you about ~ 15 USD)
- Didn’t used Sleep anymore
Please try the first one, eventually it helps you too.
