After new installation...invalid cross-device link

When entering the following command in terminal, I get the error: invalid cross-device link.

Error: Error uninstalling: Invalid cross-device link
error: Failed to uninstall com.hack_computer.ProjectLibrary.Content: Error uninstalling: Invalid cross-device link

I have tried running flatpak repair, and still get the same error.
Also running flatpak update -v tries to update but fails with the same Invalid cross-device link.

Any thoughts would be appreciated,

Something that would help us a lot to understand the problem would be this:

1. Open the application called ‘Terminal’
2. In this application run the command:

eos-diagnostics

3. The above command will create a file with the information of your system (example: eos-diagnostic-160614_111731_UTC + 0100.txt); Send us this file so we can analyze and see a possible solution
