Can't update Platform

Hi,

Was that diagnostic log taken right after the error occurred? Can you also take a screenshot of the error you’re seeing?

  1. Open the application called ‘Terminal’
  2. In this application run the command:
killall gnome-software
flatpak update --appstream && flatpak update -y
flatpak uninstall --unused -y
gnome-software
