GNOME Control Center is not stable
Please can you provide more information about this problem than “not stable”? Here’s a template you might like to follow when reporting issues (in general):

This is actually caused by the icon’s name being translated, which I’ve now fixed. There’s also a change in the pipeline which will stop these icon names being marked as translatable.
Interesting, I can’t quite reproduce this, but what I can reproduce is that it sometimes opens at the page I was last looking at. If you select a different page, and close and reopen it, does it reopen at the page you last looked at/
