How do install mods in the Flatpak Version of Minecraft?

i have installed my mod (Optifine) in ~var/app/com.Mojang.minecraft/data/minecraft, ~/var/app/com.Mojang.minecraft/.minecraft and ~/.minecraft

somehow still does not pop up.
