What version of Endless OS are you using?
To check which version of Endless OS you are in Settings Details

1. Open the application called ‘Terminal’
2. In this application run the command:

flatpak update --appstream && flatpak update -y
flatpak run com.valvesoftware.Steam --reset
flatpak run com.valvesoftware.Steam

Upgrade to Endless OS 3.6.0

Settings Details Look for updates

You will upgrade to Endless OS 3.3.19. Repeat the same procedure to upgrade to Endless OS 3.6.0

i cant downlode it show downlode fail again and again

Something that would help us a lot to understand the problem would be this:

1. Open the application called ‘Terminal’
2. In this application run the command:

eos-diagnostics

3. The above command will create a file with the information of your system (example: eos-diagnostic-160614_111731_UTC + 0100.txt); Send us this file so we can analyze and see a possible solution
