Hello,
I bought a computer ASUS X540 NA G067 last December.
My computer is running slowly but i don’t have enough files in the computer.
Please, what could i do to make it faster ?

Something that would help us a lot to understand the problem would be this:

  1. Open the application called ‘Terminal’
  2. In this application run the command:

eos-diagnostics

  1. The above command will create a file with the information of your system (example: eos-diagnostic-160614_111731_UTC + 0100.txt); Send us this file so we can analyze and see a possible solution

when i write eso-diagnostic and i put on ENTER the response is COMMAND NO FOUND

If every thing looks good on your end, I guess all is well. Had a couple
friends around who kinda made a mess of everything on my network. I’ve been
trying to get it all back straight. and I wasn’t on eos no time (it seemed)
and got the ‘Account Suspended’. I’m no expert at all this networking
stuff, so if anything is throwing a red flag your way…please inlighten,
otherwise thank you for your time and I look forward to getting back on
soon. Thanks
