My laptop keeps freezing, no matter what I do! I use it for university, so it’s bothering me. It freezes all throught the day, even if I only have WPS word processor open. I tried using Firefox instead of Crome but it doesn’t seem to help. This wasn’t a problem last week, and I did not download anything, nor did I do anything differently.
The OS doesn’t unfreeze itself, I need to restart the computer by pressing the power button. Sometimes I can use it for hours without freezing, but other times it freezes as soon as I open an app.
I hope someone can help me out, it’s really important for me to have a functioning laptop.
