Upgrade Issues 3.9.0 -> 3.9.1

As described already here and
here and here - most of them are closed… Im running in the following missing packages:

Fehler: No remote refs found similar to ‘com.endlessm.weather’
Fehler: No remote refs found similar to ‘com.endlessm.videonet’
Fehler: No remote chosen to resolve matches for ‘net.minetest.Minetest’
Fehler: No remote chosen to resolve matches for ‘com.hack_computer.Clubhouse.Locale’
Fehler: No remote chosen to resolve matches for ‘org.freeciv.Freeciv’
Fehler: No remote refs found similar to ‘org.gnome.Freecell’
Fehler: No remote chosen to resolve matches for ‘org.gnome.Genius’
Fehler: No remote refs found similar to ‘org.gnome.Solitaire’
Fehler: No remote chosen to resolve matches for ‘org.pitivi.Pitivi’
Fehler: No remote chosen to resolve matches for ‘org.stellarium.Stellarium’

How to get replacements of these Apps or how to solve this?

Those with the error mesage “No remote refs found similar”: These applications are no longer available and have been deprecated (the two games have been replaced with Aisleriot). Run the following command to fix this errors:

flatpak uninstall -y com.endlessm.weather
flatpak uninstall -y com.endlessm.videonet
flatpak uninstall -y org.gnome.Freecell
flatpak uninstall -y org.gnome.Solitaire

Now run:

flatpak update --appstream -y
flatpak update -y

If the issue still persist, please run the following commands and post their output:

flatpak info --show-origin org.gnome.Genius

and

cat /ostree/repo/config

Thanks for your quick response… But either your suggestions in the older posts or the upgrade to 3.9.3 fixed the issue

Or maybe the upgrade removed them … which wouldn’t be cool if an upgrade removes tools and data from the user without telling him…
